2. Aerial Ceiling Mount, which needs to be drilled to a structural beam/ solid ceiling like concrete ceiling (consult a professional if unsure)
3. Carabiners (3 units), the carabiners have an auto locking system.
4. Spanset, or also known as Round Sling, it is used to hang the lyra/hoop and adjust the height of your hoop from the ground.
