THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS DANCE POLE AND THE PDF PRO QUALITY DANCE POLE?
This dance pole and the PDF Chrome Pro Quality Dance Pole are very similar with some minor differences. The PDF Chrome Pro Quality dance pole has a solid joint design which gives you stronger joints that stand up better to commercial use and extra heavy body weights. This dance pole has hollow joints, which is commonly seen in screw together type dance poles and are good as long as the metal is thick making it perfect for home use only. The PDF Chrome Pro Quality dance pole also comes with a carrying bag making it more easy to transport, this dance pole does not.
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT
The standard in home dance pole kit can adjust to ceiling heights of 7’4″ to 9′ and if you go over 9′ then you will need to get an extra extension. Dance pole can adjust to ceiling heights ranging from 7’4″ (88″ or 2235mm) to 9′ (108″ or 2745mm) MAX height that can be achieved with this pole is 10ft with an added 500mm extension. In these lessons you will learn basic pole moves, spins, trick as well as dance stretches, toning exercises and pole dance routines. The pole dance routines are broken down into individual easy to follow lessons! While these dance poles are also known as “Stripper Poles”, the lessons are NOT stripper lessons. These lessons are for fitness reasons which include professional dance instruction with the foundation of ballet. While some of the movement are taught feminine and sexy, you will not be learning to strip. (an example of one of the online pole dancing lessons is shown below)
One pair of PFD tacky grip gloves are included in the Pro Quality Dance Pole Kit.
These tacky gloves by PoleFitnessDancing.com are specifically designed for pole fitness dance but can be used for yoga, weight lifting, crossfit or other fitness activities where you need a good grip. These gloves are great for novice to expert pole fitness levels. There is a tacky palm surface that will help you grip the dance pole and stabilization of the hands when learning difficult moves or pole tricks.
They are great for beginners who haven’t developed the strength in their hands to grip and intermediate to experts who need to endure long training periods.

PLEASE MEASURE AROUND THE ENTIRE HAND.
Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand (as shown in picture above).
Measure your dominant hand – the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed.
To prevent the gloves from slipping against the skin of your hands you can apply a small amount of grip aid such as Dry hands to the palms of your hand before putting the gloves on.
